Don't let the name fool you!  Here is OUR STORY...

Bad Ass Boutique has been selling `Sexy with Class for all Shapes & Sizes` since 1995.

Our Story starts with......Now mind you my mother is a very Christian person. But that didn't stop her from doing what she does best.

MY mother `Anne Nix Designs` who is the original owner & brains of Bad Ass Boutique.
With her `Just Go For It` attitude as well as her `Creative Mind` took a huge gamble to support her family.

 

She was making custom apparel for all walks of life nothing mattered to her. As she was doing what she loved to do making and selling custom apparel.

Which then thru suggestions from her clientele to look into selling at Motorcycle Rally's. She thought about it....

My clothes in a man's world of Bikers?  Why not?  Well, they had to have women there as there as well why not. 

 

And so, Anne Nix Designs became a boutique on wheels! She Traveled from her home in California across the states selling at Rallys all the way to Florida and back.

She became well known for her not so biker leather & T-shirts but as THE BAD ASS LADY who sells all the Sexy clothes. So, her boutique on wheels became Bad Ass Boutique.

She became so big and all the traveling with people that just didn't care or work as hard as she did, that is where I came into the picture. Why because I Am my mother's daughter.

And well as I said I am my mother's daughter, and I wanted to add my thoughts and ideas to expand even more. So, I asked WHY do you not carry bigger girl clothes?
Her answer to my disbelief...... bigger girls won't buy my stuff`
I was floored because being a bigger girl myself I SO WOULD buy her clothes IF they were in MY SIZE.

Now having her trusty sidekick on board. She thought about all the other suggestions of venues to explore.

I decided to show her and invest in what I like to call us `Curvy Girls` into the boutique.
  And boy was she surprised. Since back then Curvy was a taboo. I added the slogan:
Bad Ass Boutique "Sexy with class apparel for All shapes & sizes".

This is OUR story began.
